Schedule: Full-Time | 5-day work week with alternating Saturdays | Closed Sundays

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and provide timely status updates.
- Inquiry Management: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across BDC tools, automated systems, and email.
- Outbound Outreach: Contact past and current customers regarding factory recalls and recommended maintenance.
- Service Follow-Ups: Re-engage customers who previously declined services, recalls, or special-order parts.
- Administrative Support: Create internal repair orders and manage loaner vehicle services.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Experience: At least one prior role in customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and a positive attitude.
- Spanish speaker is preferred
- Dealership experience is preferred
