About the Role
We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service & Collections Agents who are passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will work with customers to manage their accounts, provide payment solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review assigned accounts (0-60 days past due) and proactively contact customers to secure payments
- Send payment reminders via phone calls, SMS, email, and mail notifications
- Educate customers on payment options and assist in resolving past-due balances
- Process account updates, payment date changes, and payment history requests accurately
- Handle inbound inquiries related to billing, accounts, and general servicing needs
- Provide customer-first support, ensuring empathy and professionalism in every interaction
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system in real time
- Support chat and email queues as needed (cross-trained agents)
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency required: English & Spanish (spoken and written)
- 6+ months of call center, customer service, or collections experience required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
