Responsibilities
- Greet clients and identify needs to recommend suitable BMW vehicles
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany clients on test drives
- Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and the purchase process
- Stay current on BMW inventory, features, and automotive technology
- Negotiate deals and assist with sales and financing paperwork
- Deliver vehicles and ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships
- Generate leads through networking and business development activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up activity
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Luxury/high-line experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn dealership systems and evolving vehicle technology
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in all interactions
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
