About the Call Center Representative Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detailed-oriented Call Center Representative to serve as the vital link between our patients and medical offices. In this role, you will facilitate optimal patient access, maximize data accuracy for scheduling, and deliver exceptional, patient-focused service that builds a lasting positive impression of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner.
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs.
  • Accurately obtain and enter patient demographic and insurance details into our database and verified.
  • Manage the schedule and the accuracy of appointments assigned per provider.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and provide thorough instructions on what to bring and expect.
  • Direct new patients on how to use our digital intake system prior to their arrival.
  • Clearly communicate and remind callers of our cancellation and no-show policies.
  • Answer general questions, offer resources, and prioritize patient-focused care.
  • Calmly support all patients and work toward effective resolutions.
  • Complete other job-related administrative duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to company-wide policy and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience working within a clinical environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant healthcare certification preferred.
  • Trustworthy professional with a proven track record of handling sensitive HIPAA-protected information.
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and learning internal database networks.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • English and Spanish bilingual skills preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a laser-focus on accurate data entry
