SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for supporting the Sales department by managing all new client onboarding and account setup processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee and manage the account onboarding process for new clients from onboarding form submission through a determined time period of successfully sending specimens.
  • Coordinate with Sales Reps and client contact to ensure training is completed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships between Sales Rep, client contact, and laboratory as primary contact for the initial client onboarding process.
  • Monitor volume with projected volume and report to the Sales Management team.
  • Provide client-oriented solutions to successfully support the client.
  • Assist the Sales team in optimizing workflows for continued advancements in providing the highest level of customer service.
  • The employee may be asked to perform additional tasks or responsibilities not specifically listed here. The dynamic nature of this role allows for flexibility and growth as we work together to define and refine its scope.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  1. New client is fully onboarded, trained, and supplies available by indicated start date.
  2. Sales Rep and Client Contact are contacted weekly for four full weeks of activity to ensure success.
  3. Clients are successfully integrated into laboratory processes within a predetermined number of days of the start date and can be transitioned to Client Services successfully.
  4. Safety standards met

Education and/or Experience:

  • Customer service experience required, Minimum of 2 years' actual experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are: M-F 9am-5pm; Subject to change to meet needs
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Remote work is not available.

Travel: Limited Travel - Travel is primarily local during the business day. Out-of-state and overnight travel may be occasionally required.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of basic practices within the Laboratory, Client Services, IT, and Business Teams that relate to Client and Sales Representative success.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and initiate problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to completing assigned tasks and dedicated to high quality work
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate written and verbal information.
  • Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Problem Solving- Identifying basic problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Collaboration- Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships and building trust between new clients, Sales Reps, and the laboratory.
  • Time management- Ability to manage time effectively to ensure quality work and timely completion of new client onboarding.
  • Organization and attention to detail - Ability to manage high volumes of data sets with diligent attention to detail.
  • Ability to determine new client challenges and work to mitigate within the laboratory processes.
  • Collaboration / Teamwork - Working effectively and cooperatively with others; establishing and maintaining good working relationships which encourage the free exchange of ideas and achievement of team/project goals.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn Stratus, Shadowbox, and Google Drive processes.
  • Teaching and Instruction: Ability to patiently and proficiently teach Client Contacts, Collectors, and Sales Representatives necessary skills to successfully collect specimens and access reports.

This position will take place on a daily basis within the Wake Forest Headquarters; this is not a remote role.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
