Role Summary:
Join Triumph as a Client Service Representative, where you'll play a key role in managing client funding requests while delivering top-notch customer service. You'll help ensure smooth operations, accurate verifications, and strong client relationships while supporting risk management protocols.

A Day in the Life:
You'll be at the center of client interactions-reviewing funding submissions, verifying freight loads, resolving disputes, and keeping client accounts running smoothly. Every day, you'll communicate with clients, team members, and management while helping maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that balances customer service and risk management.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Verify freight loads according to Triumph's Risk Management Program
  • Recommend approval, holding, or denial of invoices to Account Executives based on verification and credit results
  • Review client accounts, including A/R aging, disputes, open credits, and post-verifications
  • Provide ongoing client training on Triumph processes and systems
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, debtors, and management
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Contribute to a team culture focused on service, risk management, and a positive work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally in freight, transportation, factoring, or logistics
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone etiquette
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members

Compensation Range

Hourly: $19.62 - $27.48
