Client Support Specialist

What You'll Do
- Answer high-volume inbound calls on a multi-line phone system
- Schedule, reschedule, and reconcile client appointments
- Transfer calls and route messages to appropriate staff
- Assist clients with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
- Update demographics and client information
- Make outbound calls to assist with scheduling
- Support centralized scheduling and eligibility processes
- Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous call center or multi-line phone experience preferred
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous remote work experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
