- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments to keep schedules full for our amazing patients!
- Check patients in and out at the front desk
- Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests very timely
- Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Help create a positive, professional clinic environment for everyone!
- What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Dental office experience required
- Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team mindset
