The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain and be able to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.

- Previous automotive, truck, fleet, or service advisor experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid drivers license with a company acceptable driving record.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiple and divide.
- Must be able to type.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership preferred.
- Experience using ADP Dealer Services Software a plus.
