Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist service customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Assist with follow ups on customer requests.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance.
- Driven, motivated, and results-oriented

- Clean and valid driver's license required
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
