Role Overview
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current clients. Customer Care Representatives support clients through a variety of methods including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities
*All Customer Care Representatives must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. TMHCC pays for training and exam fees.

- Coordinate client requests
- Finalize transactions including payment, legal documents, and finance agreements
- Analyze problems and seek customer resolutions
- Multitask over multiple service platforms
- Effectively communicate underwriting decisions to clients
- Communicate industry trends to leadership
- Assist with system improvements
- Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment

What You Bring

- Customer service or insurance industry experience
- Comfortability with navigating basic CRM software and some data entry
- Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
