You'll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team's revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Follow up with inbound leads & make outbound calls
• Qualify prospects & book appointments for agents
• Keep notes organized in our CRM
• Hit daily & weekly goals (calls, contacts, appointments)
• Build rapport, handle objections, and keep leads moving
• Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
• Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
• Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (is preferred but not required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident phone presence
• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close for appointments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented-able to track follow-ups and update CRM consistently
• Driven by goals and metrics with a "no excuses" mindset
• Comfortable making 50-100+ outbound calls per day
• Fast learner, coachable, and open to feedback
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Tech-savvy-able to quickly adapt to CRM and dialer systems
• Availability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
• At least one year of experience as a sales representative
• Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
