This position will be an onsite role located at our Footwear Division located in Portland, Oregon reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day sales order input activities and supporting the Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process all sales orders through fax, email, and telephone which includes order details such as: price confirmation, availability, credits, and warranty claims.
• Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary.
• Maintain the footwearorders@surewerx.com address and the fax email address.
• Contribute to the team by offering inside sales support by relaying appropriate information to the sales representative.
• File purchase orders daily, to ensure the company is following guidelines.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Perform administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functions.

Qualifications:
• Excellent computer skills: Order processing with computer and database systems.
• Attention to detail: very detailed oriented and has a history of not making errors.
• Great time management skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of order entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Great sense of humor.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• People person having the ability to work with a myriad of personalities.
• Friendly telephone manner.
