Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders accurately, including part numbers, quantities, and special instructions.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, or damaged goods.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle management
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints
- Knowledge of quality control principles or lean manufacturing
