The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and lead times.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with common manufacturing terms and processes (e.g., lead times, BOMs, MOQ).
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications.
