Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Grand Rapids seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and post-sale support.

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficient in CRM software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand manufacturing processes and product specifications.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management and inquiry resolution.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documents or product specifications.
  • Experience with CRM software tailored for manufacturing or industrial clients.
  • Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish) to support a diverse customer base in manufacturing.
