Recommended Qualifications

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Experience with a CRM system like Salesforce or Zendesk
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or product specifications
- Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language
