Job Duties:
- Answering calls
- Checking clients in/out
- Collecting money
- Assisting with reminder calls
- Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
- Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
- Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
- Assisting providers as needed
- Closing office
- Scheduling clients
- Monitoring upcoming appointments for incomplete paperwork.
- Updating patient charts.
- Working on Customer Service queue, including returning patient calls and follow-up.
- Customer service tasks across offices.
Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn how to take client Vital Signs
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed
- Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
