Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Customer Support Specialist serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from quotation through delivery. This role requires overseeing accounts, delivering accurate and timely quotations, and resolving inquiries and issues with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare precise and timely quotations based on customer specifications, technical drawings, and internal capabilities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, preferably within manufacturing, electronics, technology, or other quality-driven industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Ability to build customer and internal relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
