Ecommerce Product and Customer Service Coordinator

Mitchell Stores is a family-owned luxury retailer known for top class customer service. Become an integral part of the Mitchells Stores business as a full time Ecommerce Product and Customer Service Coordinator at our Westport Location.

Schedule: Hybrid 5-day week, mandatory 3 days onsite after first 2 weeks onsite for training

Responsibilities:

• E-Concierge customer service support, including but not limited to:
• Answering the E-Concierge 800 number, E-Concierge e-mails (E-Concierge hours: Monday - Saturday 9am to 6pm EST) fielding product, sizing, order and alteration inquiries.
• Assist with order management, monitoring the queue throughout the day - to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner (Farfetch orders included)
• Product management, including but not limited to:
• Organization of merchandise for photography (needs photography v. needs detailing etc.)
• Hanging and steaming merchandise for photographers (when onsite)
• Writing accurate and detailed product descriptions for the website (men's, women's and jewelry)

• Preforming regular site maintenance to ensure photography, descriptions, color and categorizations are correct

Suggested Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work Saturdays on 5 - 6 week rotating basis
• Retail customer service experience required, ideally luxury
• Problem solving skills, ability to set priorities and perform under pressure with demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Possess strong organizational, time management, written and oral communication skills
• Self-starter
