Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
  • Document all interactions in the CRM or support platform
  • Process orders, returns, or account updates
  • Follow scripts, workflows, and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude with every customer
  • Meet performance metrics such as handle time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, chat tools)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Problem‑solving mindset and patience under pressure
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
