- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role.
- Experience with PC hardware and software installation.
- Experience providing end-user support both in person and via telephone.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience with user account administration and access management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Experience with device management, device imaging, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
