- PREPARE SERVICE ESTIMATES AND EXPLAIN RECOMMENDED SERVICES IN A CLEAR, CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY MANNER.
- COORDINATE VEHICLE FLOW THROUGH THE QUICK LANE TO ENSURE TIMELY SERVICE.
- KEEP CUSTOMERS UPDATED ON SERVICE PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIMES.
- ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH TECHNICIANS TO ENSURE ACCURATE COMMUNICATION AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
- PROCESS REPAIR ORDERS, PAYMENTS, AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION ACCURATELY.
- BUILD LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
- SALES OR SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
- AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
- ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE, AND TEAM-ORIENTED.
