This position is responsible for scheduling service appointments, documenting vehicle concerns, recommending maintenance and repairs, preparing accurate estimates, and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
- Gather and accurately document customer and vehicle information
- Listen to customers' concerns and clearly communicate vehicle symptoms to service technicians
- Schedule automotive maintenance and repair appointments
- Review vehicle age, mileage, service history, and technician recommendations to identify needed maintenance
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, timelines, and costs to customers
- Prepare complete and accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Obtain customer authorization before beginning additional repairs or services
- Monitor repair orders and vehicle progress throughout the day
- Provide customers with frequent updates regarding service status and completion times
- Coordinate with automotive technicians, parts personnel, and service department staff
- Verify that final invoices accurately reflect the work completed
- Review completed repairs and charges with customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications
- Must be a top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers
- Outstanding in sales and follow through
- Must have at least 1 year experience in automobile service write ups
- Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed
- Must possess valid driver's license
