The Site is owned and operated by JobHub Group LLC doing business as ClickHireMatch (“ClickHireMatch,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are based in Illinois, United States.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related services, including our job board, resume/profile database, job application tools, communications (email, SMS where enabled), and other features that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). Your use of the Site is also subject to our Website Terms of Use.

5. Resume Database, Candidate Visibility, and Employer Access

A. Candidate Visibility Controls

If you create a job seeker profile or upload a resume, you may be able to control whether your profile/resume is searchable or visible to employers through your account settings (if available). Where settings are not available, you may request changes by contacting us using the information in Section 17.

B. Applications and Employer Use

When you apply for a job through the Services, we will share your application materials and any information you submit with that employer and/or its agents. Employers are responsible for how they collect, use, store, and process your information after they receive it. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.

C. Employer Search and Downloads

If the Services allow employers to search candidate profiles or download resumes, employers may retain copies of information they access. If you wish to request that an employer delete information they obtained from the Services, you must contact that employer directly.

6. How We Share Information

We may disclose information as follows:

A. With Employers and Recruiters

  • To deliver applications and related communications to employers.
  • To enable employer access to candidate profiles/resumes where you have permitted visibility or where the feature is offered and enabled.

B. With Service Providers (Processors)

We use vendors and service providers to perform services on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email/SMS delivery, payment processing, security, and fraud detection). These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to contractual obligations.

C. With Advertising and Analytics Partners (Where Enabled)

We may share device and usage information with analytics and advertising partners to measure performance and, where enabled, deliver targeted advertising. In some jurisdictions, this may be considered ‘sharing’ or ‘selling’ under applicable privacy laws.

D. Legal, Safety, and Enforcement

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (i) comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, or others; (iii) investigate fraud or security issues; or (iv) enforce our agreements and policies.

E. Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, consistent with applicable law.

F. With Your Consent

We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

7. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Interest-Based Advertising

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to: operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, help prevent fraud, and (where enabled) provide advertising.

A. Types of Tracking Technologies

  • Essential: required for core site functionality and security.
  • Analytics: helps us understand how the Services are used and improve performance.
  • Functional/Preference: remembers settings such as saved searches and language preferences.
  • Advertising: used to deliver and measure ads, including interest-based advertising (where enabled).

B. Your Choices

  • Browser controls: you can typically configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. Doing so may affect functionality.
  • Opt-out tools: some partners provide opt-out mechanisms for interest-based advertising.
  • Account settings: where available, you may adjust marketing preferences in your account.

C. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a ‘Do Not Track’ signal. The Site may not respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way.

D. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of certain data uses that may be considered ‘selling’ or ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising.

8. Communications (Email and SMS)

We may send you service-related communications (such as account and security notices). If you opt in, we may also send promotional messages. You can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or through your account settings (if available).

If we offer SMS alerts and you opt in, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP (or other indicated keyword) or by contacting us. Opt-out requests may take a short period to process.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, legal requirements, and operational needs.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
