Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Location: Middletown, CT

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 technical support and user administration services for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users via phone and remote assistance, managing user accounts, and processing user access requests while following established IT procedures.

Required Qualifications:-

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role.
2. Experience with PC hardware and software installation.
3. Experience providing end-user support both in person and via telephone.
4. Strong customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to follow established procedures with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:-

1. Experience with user account administration and access management.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
3. Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
5. Experience with device management, device imaging, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
